One thing that makes this so cute is that she doesn't look 15 months old. She's tiny, and has that young feminine face that makes her look like she'd pass for 6 months. If we saw her toddling around the house, she would seem more her age.
My grandson is 15 months old, and he's a bruiser with a head full of hair. But he has about the same number of teeth as this tiny girl.
