RFK's directives have nothing to do with not being a doctor. Only 3 of the 26 Secretaries of HHS have been medical doctors. The difference is that most of the others were wise enough to heed the advice of learned medical professionals.
Good point. We can extrapolate that to plenty of other government officials. We don't expect our president to be an expert in everything, but we expect them to select competent advisors.
