Silly as it looks, the signs aren't entirely wrong. This is in Tennessee, SE of Knoxville. 338 goes NE, 441 goes NW, and 411, though it dips south here eventually finds itself pointing north as well. If you want 411 S, you're already on it but pointing the opposite way. Just make a U turn.

It took me 5 minutes to see the difference between 441 and 411. It was a lot worse before that.
