Swimming upstream against that current makes them seem like they're in slow motion to Mr Bear.
I reckon there is a guy in scuba gear - thats 'self contained underwater breathing apparatus' (so love acronyms) - and he is holding the fish there just below the surface so that JonJon, his pet bear, can easily catch it.
All filmed on a Samsung camera phone with GPS just for the clicks.
