Younger Baby Boomers and older Generation X viewers really related to the nostalgia of That 70s Show, which aired from 1998 to 2006. Younger folks liked the comedy. A sequel series has been in the works for a long time, and now we have a release date and teaser trailer for That 90s Show. The premise is that Red and Kitty are hosting their granddaughter Leia, the daughter of their son Eric and his wife Donna, for the summer of 1995. Topher Grace, Laura Prepon, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Kurtwood Smith, and Debra Jo Rupp reprise their roles from That 70s Show. As you can see in this trailer, Leia has some of the habits and mannerisms of her parents, which tells us that they are taking pains to make the series click with its built-in audience. That 90s Show will premiere on Netflix on January 19.
