Our landlord had a habit of starting projects that would then take years to finish.
Our outdoor stairs were in pretty rough shape, and I learned after several years that the oldest one of us in the flatshare was in the habit of submitting minor complaints about the plans to the RĂ©gie du logement each time the landlord mentioned that he would begin work on the stairs.
