Porch Pirate Caught on Video

Meredith Smith ordered a couple of packages to be delivered. Fortunately for her dogs Mia and Phil, the order contained dog treats from Chewy. Unfortunately, the packages smelled like dog treats, which was too much temptation for the neighborhood porch pirate. Smith's security camera caught the perpetrator in the act.
