"Same old story" brilliantly illustrated.
I have a problem with the use of the word "gunman" in these horrible circumstances. "Gunman" has a appealing ring to it for an unstable person who may see themselves as a movie star. How about "murderer" - perhaps one does not want to be reported as a murderer - but "gunman"?
