In case some of your readers don't know ... in the U.K. where I was dra ...raised, potato slices that had been deep fried were called crisps. Confusing it was for a young boy, exiled to the antipodes to discover that the exact same things were called chippies. Not to be confused with chips which are also deep fried but served hot and with tomato sauce. I say potato, you say ketchup !

I'm thinking potato and ketchup are not antipodal and fail at divergent thinking.
