Dog Factory

We assume that no dogs were actually harmed in this 1904 Edison film. Two men run a business with their “Dog Transformator.” Dogs are brought in and transformed into sausages! But it’s not as gruesome as it may seem at first, because they aren’t selling dog sausages. That’s just a storage issue. What really happens is that customers come in, select the type of dog they want, and then the sausages are “transformated” back into a dog! (via Digg)
