The only way it could be real is if the employer already has someone who’s doing this, but is on an immigrant visa. Usually they have to post an ad for the job and accept any reasonable candidate over the immigrant. If they like the immigrant, I could see someone trying to sidestep this by making the job description inherently unworkable. That said, any serious review of the question “did you post the job” would immediately see through this, so I still content this is fake.

$200 for 30 hours is $6-ish/hour. Good pay for a Master's Degree!

Sounds like somebody is looking for a spouse. One of either sex (etc.) will do.
