Hard to have respect for a sea when you realise that the inhabitants voted that fish in TWICE, even while they knew what he was like from that show on the aquarium.
Simply solved, drop a line in, with a 12 year old Angelfish as bait, soon as he 'grabs her by the catfish' reel him in, land him, fillet him while he is still flapping - at the mouth - and chuck him on a hell hot grill.
