This video gets to you, because you don't really know what's down that pipe, could be a kitten, until the end. This disaster happened in 2013 in Dolj, Romania. Three-year-old Gabriel fell into a well that was about 50 feet deep. The rescuer was 14-year-old Cristian Marian Becheanu, who was in 7th grade at the time. He's no relation to the trapped child, but volunteered because no one else was small enough to go down the pipe. Here's a video that has the aftermath to his story.
Cristian Becheanu now lives in Craiova, Romania, and has a wife and a baby son. (Thanks, WTM!)
