Queen released "Tie Your Mother Down" in 1976. Brian May meant for the title to be a placeholder until they came up with something better, but Freddie Mercury wanted to keep it. This song, along with "Play That Funky Music" will always take me back to my freshmen year in college. (via the A.V. Club)
