When I see the life expectancy drop below my age I don't know whether to feel happy I beat it, or sad my future looks iffy. At least I'm happy Miss C is here to entertain us.

Keep in mind that this is life expectancy at birth. A person's life expectancy varies widely with age. An adolescent's life expectancy is higher, then it drops during the years 16-19, rises again in the early 20s. If you live to be 75, your life expectancy increases to about 87 years (2020 figures) The life expectancy inequality between men and women also tends to even out as people age.
