The Ultimate Christmas Wish

Get your handkerchief for this one; you're going to need it. The radio station Star 102.5 in Des Moines, Iowa, has a tradition of making Christmas wishes come true. This wish came from a woman who died two years before this video was made. Brenda Schmitz wrote up her wish as she was suffering from ovarian cancer, and left it with a friend, with instructions to submit it to the station after her husband David found someone else to love him and help raise their sons. Just a little correction, Miss C.  This clip is actually from 2013, so this is about eight years old, not two years.

But you're right.  The feels are still just as strong.

Incidentally, the ukelele version of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" that closed out the clip is performed by Israel 'IZ' Kamakawiwoʻole.

Thanks! I reposted this without reading the description too carefully, I'll get that fixed.
