I hate to say it, but I have to say it... Not all Americans. The ingredient lists for the vaccines are readily available, but they can look a little dense for the sake of precision. The Pfizer vaccine contains water, sugar, salt, lipids, and messenger RNA. I've never had a McRib sandwich, so you're on your own there. (Thanks, WTM!)

Homestyle Bun

Pickle Slices
Ingredients: Cucumbers, Water, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Calcium Chloride, Alum, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative), Natural Flavors, Polysorbate 80, Extractives of Turmeric (Color).

You've never tried it? Although it is really some kind of 'pork formed into a shape that vaguely looks like ribs with barbeque sauce', as I recall, it wasn't too bad.

Then again, I was brave enough to try the McDonald's Crab Sandwich when they had them very briefly around San Francisco Bay Area:

The crab sandwich was actually amazingly delicious, though I'm not sure if I would normally trust crab from McDonalds (outside of special events).

The right combination of some ingredients in the McRib can make a pretty good explosive device.
