This hits a little close to home. I received a bill on Saturday the 14th that was due on the 15th, which was a Sunday, and the office was closed. I checked- the bill was postmarked the 12th. Luckily, the office had a mail slot, but now I have to drive 20 miles again to get a receipt. Yeah, the bill was on a template with the 15th as a due date with terrifying consequences for being late, and the office will try to tell me that it doesn't apply to an incidental extra bill sent out that late. I will tell them it's really easy for the person issuing the bill to mark that part out or change the due date. But why should they care? This comic is from Jeff Lofvers at Don't Hit Save.

Not sure it it's the eyes or the coloring, but I get a kind of Captain Haddock vibe off this character.
