Shall I just scroll past ? Nah. I don't understand ... $4.35 an hour ? Even at the current exchange rate that is only $6 in real money, ok, our money. Our government has set the minimum wage at $20.50, about $15 in Trump dol, ah, I mean US dollars, of course, being a modern country we don't do tipping (it is like I build a house for you and when I am finished you decide how much to pay me based on how happy you are ... duh) so i wonder how anyone could survive on that sort of money. Also 'Take the L' ? Lira ? Leftovers ? LOVE ?
Some things obviously don't cross international borders very well.
Take the L means take the loss. The minimum wage for tipped jobs in the US is $2.13 an hour. It's just enough to cover income taxes. What else you do expect from late stage capitalism?
