One tasty segment of a tangerine provides sugar and vitamin C to a whole colony of ants. Watch as they consume it in a little more than a day in this time-lapse video. (via Nag on the Lake)
Debra, there's actually a word for that .... 'formication' – the sensation that resembles that of small insects crawling on (or under) the skin when there is nothing there. It is one specific form of a set of sensations known as paresthesias, which also include the more common prickling, tingling sensation known as "pins and needles".

Couldn't watch the whole thing. Makes me feel itchy.
If you can't watch it all, you've got to skip to almost the end for something unexpected!
