Believe it or not, Miss C, that picture was taken at the Outback in Onalaska, WI, where I live. The building visible on the right-hand side of the picture is the Hampton Inn, and if you can find a copy of the picture without the text on it and then enlarge it, it's simplicity itself to match up the signs with Google Streetview for additional confirmation.
