The Spirit of Radio
For the 40th anniversary of their album Permanent Waves, Rush has released a new, animated video for "The Spirit of Radio," a song that has always been close to my heart. It even features someone I know, Donna Halper, who once wanted to send me to Michigan to lose my accent. I didn't go. (via Metafilter)

If Halper is from Dorchester she knows about accents. That whole area is loaded with a ton distinct accents.
Saw them when this song was new. FM was huge. DJed for a coupla years.
I do miss old FM radio.
