Seriously, I think we're seeing two sides of the same body. The first picture appears to be a 'selfie' shot into a mirror showing her left side ... which the mirror-image reverses. Note how she is holding the camera in what appears to be her left hand (most people are right-handed and would be holding it in that hand) as well as the location of her watch on what seems to be her right wrist?
Now look at the second picture, which was clearly taken by someone else. No mirror image, and the watch is now on the left — or correct — wrist for a right-handed person.
Either way, though, it's an impressive change, and I say good for her.
