I'd love to know the backstory on this.
Not to mention that if I was this guy I'd shave my head and wear shades too. That way when my hair grew back and I took off the glasses, maybe no one would realize that it had been me dressed like that.
It's a fashion show from a couple of years ago. Designers put things like this in to draw headlines.
