Now you don’t have to watch all those Star Wars movies! Still, a commenter pointed out that this is BS, because it depicts a stormtrooper actually hitting what he is aiming at. This animation is from Zach at Extra Fabulous Comics. (via Geeks Are Sexy)
Not only hitting the target but not a straight shot either. Stormtroopers have been maligned, but don't protest because it makes their adversaries sloppy and easy prey. The bumbling Mr lightsaber is a good representation of the heroes in the first three(authentic) Star Wars films.
The "accidentally dropping a lightsaber hot-end-down" was a major plot point in an episode of Rick and Morty last season. I wonder whether this video was the inspiration or if they arrived at it independently.
The Imperial Storm-troopers' lethality rose astronomically once Darth Vader suggested that instead of shooting at their enemies, they fire warning shots instead.
