It wasn’t all that long ago that organ grinders trained monkeys to fetch offerings from onlookers while the busker played his music. Monkeys aren’t the only animals trained to collect money! In China, these birds are happy to take your coins and deposit them in the bank -and their owners doesn’t even have to be there! the novelty of birds taking money is enough to get people to search through their pockets for change.
