How sad! A native english-speaking American child who is being presented as an example to others needs sub-titles to be understood.
I understand him fine. The subtitles are for the deaf.
Actually the subtitles don't seem quite right anyway. I'm sure he says he would call his dinosaur "Reginald", not "regional".
