Just amazing that a senile clown is turning the country into a trashy theme park and the rest of the country just sits back and does *nothing*. The US has fallen so low in the eyes of everyone.
I don't know about "nothing." Voters in off-year elections were pretty decisive. California has a plan. Congressional democrats took the only power they had to save health insurance. Plenty of organizations are going through the courts. Seven million turned out for the last nationwide protest. But it's an uphill battle because
1. First, when SNAP benefits are cut for deliberate cruelty, ICE is terrorizing cities, and we are bombing foreign boats, it's hard to get worked up about bad White House decorating.
2. Trump doesn't care, because who's going to stop him? The Supreme Court made him bulletproof. He's not running again. The DOJ does only what he wants. Republicans in congress bullied into submission.
