Pro Tip: I thaw my turkey overnight in an ice chest. Just place frozen turkey in ice chest in morning, cover with cold tap water, leave it in the garage, and by the next morning it will be safely thawed and ready to cook.
Of course we're still evolving. Just don't expect "X-men" to all of sudden start showing up. I think there's a few things that slow our evolution down: war, genocide, abortion. That last one can be a bit controversial and it's not meant to be used as an argument against. It's just that on a global scale, anything that impacts the introduction of new humans on the planet can also have an impact on their genetic makeup.
