There have been around a dozen Star Wars movies and a few TV series, too. Jim Carrey has appeared in 45 feature films over the past 40 years. How hard would it be to find places where Carrey's nonsense would fit in the Star Wars universe perfectly? If you've ever tried this kind of work, you know that the idea is simple, but the execution is a lot of work. It appears that YouTuber Your_Kryptonite7 knows what he's doing here and has a deft hand at editing. I, for one, would go see every Star Wars movie in the theater once again if they were remade to be comedies. (via Geeks Are Sexy)

He wasn't Jar Jar?
(I kid - his ego is too big, but if a director could have reeled him in, he might have made Jar Jar fun, or at least, a lot less hated.)
Oh, wait, I'm going through my phase of "there WAS no first OR third trilogy." Jar Jar WHO?
(In case you're confused (and you should be): every now and again I yearn for the open possibilities of Star Wars, the original trilogy, before everything got *defined* and Jedi turned out to be *weird* and and and. Well, so, I say "4-6 were *great*, I hope they do 1-3 and... wasn't there a rumor of 7-9?" It keeps me out of the pool hall, which is good, because I *suck* at pool. I think it also keeps me sane, but people usually back away slowly when I say that.)
