"This Michigan couple spotted a lucrative (and legal) lottery loophole"--there is no loopholes in laws; you either "play" legally or you "play" illegally.

Just because law makers are not bright enough to figure things out like this guy did and write the law so this cannot happen makes this an entertaining story.

Lawmakers don't write laws, they just vote on what they are told is the intent. The laws are written by clerks often with the help of lobbyists.
