When Luke and Obi-Wan found the disabled sandcrawler and all the dead Jawas, Luke thought that the Tuskens (or Sand People) were responsible. Obi-Wan corrected him by noting the accuracy of the blast points, stating that "only Imperial stormtroopers are so precise."
So which is it? As accurate as Annie Oakley, or unable to hit the side of a Death Star from the inside?
