Based on the Z in apologizes, that must be from the USA as no one else uses a Z in place of an S. But for the life of me, I can't figure out what state has SW for an abbreviation. Would have thought SW meant south west London, but no British publication would ever use Z in that word.

SW is not a state, but southwest, meaning which end of the road that that was blanked out. It's local news, so why bother naming the state?
