The Story Behind "Brandy"

I almost didn't post this video, but then the first words I heard were "I'm Bart Herbison with the Nashville Songwriter's Association." I used to work with Bart at a radio station in Paris, Tennessee, about 30 years ago. Also, the song "Brandy (You're a Fine Girl)" was my favorite song when I was 13 years old (but not in Tennessee).
