Chickens

John Oliver devoted a lot of time on his show Last Week Tonight to chickens. No, he didn’t spend the time talking about the horrid conditions on factory farms, although it was mentioned, but rather the unconscionable way that major chicken companies deal with farmers. Once again, corporations with unlimited political funds wield power over the hardworking folk on the bottom of the ladder. And the farmers can’t even complain about it.
