Four-year-old Tristan captured the heart of the audience and judges on Belgium's Got talent last week. He'd be a star just standing there, as cute as he is. Then he dances and the crowd eats it up. You have to consider that the song has been out for a big part of this child's life; he probably doesn't remember a world without Gangnam Style.
