The Mayor of Vicco, Kentucky

Sometimes I'm proud of eastern Kentucky. A few decades ago, I lived in a small town not far from Vicco, and knew a local gay hairdresser. We became friends, and he finally, very timidly, admitted to me and my boyfriend that he was gay. Well, we already knew that, everyone knew that, but no one cared.
