It's getting worse !
Used to be they just blotted out, or put an asterisk in, for any vowel that would allow 6 year olds to read the swear words.
Then it became an asterisk to 'hide' words that were a bit risqué, like b*ttom, b*m, and s*x, all words freely available to a 6 year old reading a dictionary (those words are bottom, bum, and sex, just in case the asterisks blind you, like they do for NOBODY)
But now we reach peak censorship, as they have blotted out the word ... and I am guessing here, the word OUTLET.
