I think I may have found a workaround for images. Firefox is still stuck on the "accept cookies" popup, Chrome returns an error message when attempting to upload, but Safari works! At least for now. So I will keep three browsers going for different purposes.

Glad you found a workaround for the photos issue but wow, sounds like a pain to keep 3 browsers open for different purposes.

The boiling water story had quite a bit of interesting facts and information.

I'd bet there is considerable cruelty for clicks, not just toward animals.
That makes the puppy rescue heart wrenching. 40 years ago that would have been a comedy. People would have laughed at such an outrageous notion. Not any more.
