Miss Cellania's Links

This opinion piece may be framed as tongue-in-cheek, but it lays out the real story of the Tennessee three. Beau responds more forcefully.

Oh, those Easter cakes, LOL!

Happy Easter, Mark!

Bicycle Rider, that's a good article, but does not touch on the terrible shenanigans in the link. For example, the Obama care chart lists numbers on the y-axis in ascending order from top to bottom, unlike the charts we are used to.

USA Today taking its cue from The Onion. Brilliant! National exposure for the buffoons in Tennesse. That Fox Obama Care graph was egregious. And I wonder what Grammy's favorite movie was as a child?

Have a Good Day today Miss C, and hopefully a joyous Easter Sunday.

"4 Scientific Theories That Later Had to Be Walked Back."
That's why they are called theories, not facts. A scientist thinks they have discovered (or thought up) the answer to a question and circulates it. Sometimes it take years to prove or disprove it. There is no shame in having to "walk back" a theory. Einsteins fame is not from being perfect, just having a better batting average.

To Miss C and the rest of you, happy Easter, Ramadan, Passover, or traipsing naked through the tulips... your choice.

As a scientist, I would just like to point out that none of those were theories. They were just hypotheses, and three were not very good at that.

Happy Easter and I want to back up the comments that pointed out how awful that '4 Scientific Theories' article was. Clearly written by someone who didn't know what they were talking about.
