WTF is ACT ?
Obviously I don't live in the same town as you, and you probably don't know the internet reaches past your town boundary.
WR, it's a standardized college-admissions exam, similar to the SAT:

It has been used for decades; I took it in 1972. It's scoring is different; 35 is an almost-perfect score.
