Technically, it is an invisible man walking his dog without a leash ... so walking ..with.. his dog. F.A.W.K. it could be a tubby man with an orange face and candyfloss hair walking his dog, backwards, into tyranny ... I mean, we just can't be sure, because the 'man' is invisible, and unpredictable.
