Who Let the Dogs Out? Who? Who?

It was a mystery about ten years ago at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home in London. Someone was letting the dogs out of their kennels at night, and they were eating up all the dog food! First the staff was blamed, then intruders were suspected, and finally they set up cameras to catch the perpetrator.
