Disney produced this educational film for the Population Council in 1968. It's not so much how, but that you should plan your family. And the woman's sari-like costume makes it clear who this was targeted to. (via Dangerous Minds)

Wow! The eugenics message is horrifying, but the idea (and the ideal) as applied to all peoples is never out of date. Just throw in something about the water supply needed for a growing global population and make all the characters look alike and I'd propagate this cartoon all over the place (pun intended).
