Taste Wars: Potato Salad

When I saw this is a competition about potato salad, I had to watch just to see if Missy put raisins in hers. It's even worse than that. I was a bit disappointed to see they had more than potato salad to be judged on, so it's not just head-to-head potato salad. Besides, we know who's going to win before we even start. My potato salad is pretty simple: potatoes, onions, pickles, mustard, mayo, salt, pepper, and paprika. So it's potatoes, and everything else is to spice it up (the mayo is there to moderate the mustard). I have used hard boiled eggs before, but they are more trouble than they are worth. If it's gardening season, I might add some bell pepper.
