Fredrik Backman is an acclaimed bestselling author. He is also the very embodiment of Swedish humor. He was asked to speak at Simon & Schuster's 100th anniversary celebration on the subject of his work life. In a very calm and understated fashion, he describes the inner workings of a Scandinavian author. His agent gets roasted for getting him into this predicament, and at one point he has to stop the audience from laughing because it's cutting into his time. (via Digg)
