Sharing Size?

Sharing is caring, but that often goes out the window when it comes to M&Ms. This comic is from Matthew Inman at The Oatmeal.

I don't know if you get Cadbury's chocolate in the USA, but I grew up with it.
When they started labelling their 180 gram block as 'Family Size' I felt judged, mocked and ridiculed as I often ate a block by myself.

Having the addiction though I had to find a solution, otherwise my self worth would maybe stop, or at least inhibit, my calorific intake, with regards to the end product of the cocoa bean.

Luckily for me they also produce a 'KING SIZE' and that suited me fine !
So this wee story started off sad and then turned all happy, hey ?

But wait ... there is more ... being born post war in Britain, my mother, then recently allowed a far larger shopping budget AND items such as chocolate and other refined sugar products being laden on the shelves ... took it upon herself to fill me up with sweets, goodies and all the wonderments a child loves.
Happy days indeed for me !

But roll the film forward a few decades and now we have a chubby older man with bad teeth, suffering lack of sleep because of the restless leg syndrome brought on by bad circulation due to diabetes.

I am working about 55 hours a week trying to invent a time machine so that I can go back and change history (insert reader's own choice of which part of history would be changed -Hitler's Nazism ? End of the dinosaurs ? Save JFK ? England's World Cup Soccer games ?) ... and while I am there making sure the pyramids are built with union alien labour, I will also substitute fatty foods rather than sugary ones in my diet, so I spend my life not being the butt of everyone's fat jokes, and I don't get heart disease and possibly go blind from diabetes.

Pass the peanut M&Ms.
