You've seen the Useless Machine before, but what if you hooked two of them together? The folks who make the machines saw it as a political analogy. No, you don't have to watch the whole eleven minutes if you don't want. There are technical difficulties at about 8:30 and 9:30, but they were worked out. No word on how long the batteries lasted.
