The Tree

Simon's cat climbed too high in a tree and it turns out the way you would expect. I had a problem with Sundae doing this when she was a half-grown kitten. Three times that year she got stuck high in a tree and sat there for a day or two waiting for someone to rescue her. Three different guys went up three different extension ladders. They were all more afraid of being injured by Sundae than they were afraid of heights. They just removed her from the tree and dropped her. The third time was the charm, when Sundae learned once and for all that she can fall from that height and land safely.
