Cats have no problem recognizing infants of the human kind. They also recognize when they are no longer infants. My four cats have always been infinitely patient with my grandson. Now that he's two, they are just barely starting to teach him a lesson in how to handle cats. During the week he was visiting, he got hissed at once, and another cat gave him a small scratch for pulling a tail. Otherwise, they put up with a lot. In future visits, I can imagine he will be treated as old enough to know better. (Thanks, WTM!)We don't deserve cats pic.twitter.com/sRrdl4p7zB
